According to the Indian Psychiatric Society, mental health cases shot up by 20% in 2020. The factors wreaking havoc on mental health can be many like fear of getting infected, fear of losing job, overexposure to negative Covid -19 related news, etc. We will help you break free from such debilitating anxieties through the art of mindfulness. Mindfulness is the virtue of being mentally involved in the present and not be overwhelmed by any negativity going on around us. Through meditation sessions, music therapy, breathing exercises, etc we will help you battle stress and anxiety. This 4-day session will be a safe space from all negativity, where we can help each other heal.
